డాక్టర్ భంగ్యా భూక్యా యూనివర్సిటీ అఫ్ వార్విక్ నించి పీ ఎచ్ డీ చేశారు. గోండుల చరిత్ర మీద విశేషమైన పరిశోధన చేసి, Roots of the Periphery: A History of the Gonds of Deccan India (2017) అనే పుస్తకాన్ని రాసారు. oxford university press ఈ పుస్తకాన్ని ప్రచురించింది. డాక్టర్ భూక్యా, యూనివర్సిటీ అఫ్ హైదరాబాద్ లో హిస్టరీ ప్రొఫెసర్ గా పనిచేస్తున్నారు.
